Inside the app

A clear live view from the first login

Customers enter Gridvane and immediately see their fleet health: enrolled agents, online/offline state, resource rings, uptime, and last-seen freshness. The dashboard is built for the operator who needs to know what is healthy, what changed, and where to look next.

Engineered for High-Density Operations

Every second matters. Gridvane keeps operational signals precise, current, and easy to scan.

Real-time Topology

See host-to-service relationships and connection snapshots without losing the operational context around CPU, memory, disk, and uptime.

Deep Metrics

Timescale-backed host metrics with fast latest reads, history ranges, GPU visibility, and no mystery sampling.

Hardened Security

Agents use mTLS with a persistent internal CA, password resets run through Resend, and production sessions stay behind hardened cookies and scoped tokens.

Security model

Designed so monitoring does not become a back door

Gridvane is built around a narrow agent contract: collect health signals, send them outbound, and identify each machine with its own mTLS identity. If the web app is attacked, the agent does not expose an inbound management port or remote shell for attackers to pivot into customer servers.

Outbound-only agent

Agents initiate encrypted connections to Gridvane. Customer servers do not need to expose inbound ports for monitoring.

mTLS per machine

Each enrolled host receives its own certificate identity, so a leaked token cannot silently become a fleet-wide agent identity.

No remote shell

The agent reports metrics and status. It is not an SSH replacement, remote desktop bridge, or arbitrary command runner.

Controlled updates

Self-update is opt-in. Production operators keep control over when agent binaries change on their machines.

Stable public endpoint

Agents use the public Gridvane service domain, so future infrastructure migrations do not require customer-side reconfiguration.

Install transparency

Installers include doctor, uninstall, force-enroll, and checksum flows so teams can validate behavior before production rollout.
